No. There are no plans and no monthly fees for anyone. Farmers, suppliers, buyers, and trucking partners can use the whole platform as soon as they register.

Farm2Basket takes 5% of the goods on every order, deducted from the seller's payout once the buyer confirms receipt. If a buyer cancels, or produce is refunded after a reported problem, no commission is charged on it — we only earn when a transaction completes.

The goods, the delivery fee, and a service fee of 1.5% of goods, capped at ₱75 per order.

Yes: ₱500 of produce per order, at retail or wholesale prices. Delivery and the service fee don't count towards it. Below that, delivery and handling would cost more than the produce is worth.

No. Listing a harvest is free and unlimited. You are never charged for inventory that does not sell, which is the whole reason smallholders can afford to be here.

Delivery is quoted per farm from road distance, weight, and whether the produce needs a reefer — short Metro Manila hops start at ₱99. The trucking partner keeps 88%; Farm2Basket takes a 12% commission for matching, tracking, and cargo insurance.

The rate is set by Farm2Basket and applies to orders placed after a change. Every order keeps the fees it was charged at checkout, so nothing moves under an order already in progress.

By bank transfer or GCash, sent by Farm2Basket. An order becomes payable once the buyer confirms receipt — or 24 hours after delivery if they report no problem — and is included in the next payout we send you, with its transfer reference.
