How do I start selling?
Open a farm account from the sign-up page. Joining and listing are free and unlimited; Farm2Basket earns a commission only on completed sales. Farms and suppliers are reviewed, with their papers checked, before they get the verified badge.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Farm2Basket holds the buyer's payment, not the seller, and releases it once you confirm receipt, or automatically 24 hours after delivery if no problem is reported. See how escrow works for the full picture.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Report the problem from your order within 24 hours of delivery. Our team reviews the report and can refund the affected items or the whole order.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is quoted per farm from distance, weight, and whether the produce needs cold transport, and handled by accredited trucking partners. The cost is shown at checkout.
How do I become a delivery partner?
